Meet Shayaan…he is nearly 4 years old and was unable to see from his left eye from a very young age because of a cataract.
Shayaan is the oldest of three brothers who are being brought up by their dad who is a single parent. He is one of the sweetest, kindness and children we have come across!
The moment the bandage was taken off, Shayaan looked around and realised he could see! It was a purely beautiful moment. The bond between Shayaan and his father is truly special and we could see how grateful they were that he could see again!
Without your support of Graham Layton Trust, hospitals such as this one would not be able to exist and provide a complete end to end eye care health service. Everything is free!
Living in the UK we take it for granted that we are able to diagnose and treat any health problems we have efficiently and for no cost.
In Pakistan it’s not as simple or easy…sometimes being able to go to the doctor or hospital means choosing between being able to eat or get treatment….
So let’s continue to spread positivity today and every day!
